Could be a number of differnet things, but I would start with the basics (oil pressure, double check the harness, etc.) I might be easier to help you out if you come in or just give us a call (626) 261-4052. It is also possible that the VTEC is working properly, as with most SOHC VTEC motors. You will most likely not notice much of a "pop" or major power increase when the VTEC does kick in, unlike their B-Series counter parts.
